So fun, I really enjoyed our experience here. The staff was super helpful, which was great since we were newbs. The spicy miso broth is the way to go in my opinion. Also I liked all the beef options. I love the seating too, all around the bar...really great.

Vast selection of quality broths and meats. Everything is quality and the staff is really solid. Def need to come back again to try more! The double combos are where it's at imo. Really enjoyed the Colorado lamb and wagyu.

Absolutely amazing! Husband and I were walking down the street on a Saturday night looking for a place to eat and came across Tabu Shabu by chance. We were immediately greeted, asked if we had any allergies, and explained the process (we had never had hot pot). As soon as we tasted our food it was just an explosion of different tastes. There are really no words to describe how good it was! Just wow! Also, the service was outstanding! Everyone was very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the night. We also got a discount for wearing our Padres gear so that was nice. We will definitely be back with friends and family!

Good service is hard to find and excellent service is impossible, however the staff at Tabu Shabu delivered excellent service this evening. We were a group of 3. It was 20 min to closing and they welcomed us with a smile. The food was excellent. The flavors were on point. This was a 10 star out of 5. Great service is a lost art. This place is a gem. The staff understands the importance of creating a memorable dining experience.

This was so so delicious! And lots of fun! Great staff, really great food, one hundred percent a great choice. Highly recommend. You pick your broth, veggies, meat, rice, and noodle type. They bring it all to your personal hot plate where you cook it all to exactly how you want it. We all loved everything we got. They also have delicious green tea and delicious sake choices. Tabu Shabu is not just a meal, it's a full experience. You will be stuffed and so satisfied when you leave. (Note: it's a little messy. I don't recommend you wear white or long loose sleeves.

First time going here, definitely won't be the last. Meat was delicious and ate way more veggies than I normally would because they tasted so good with the sauces the provided. We got the porridge after the meal for the next day which I am looking forward to having.

You simply have NOT been to a better Shabu business than this. Luke and team make this seem like they’re doing it for free. There exist no words to describe this incredibly high level of customer service and hospitality. Once you come here, you won’t want to get Shabu anywhere else. This is the best there is!!!

Not your average dining experience which was pretty enjoyable. The flexibility of options for the hot pot was good with various broths, meats, and noodles. It's nice that they recommend you mix it up with your party so then things can be shared. It's on the pricey side though so beware. Lots of food, but lots of money too! Almost $200 for three of us and we got chicken, shrimp, and rib eye. Staff will maintain the pot heat and boiling point and you just let it do its thing by throwing in all your goodies! I was truly stuffed by the end of our meal. We came on a Friday evening around 7:30 and luckily there was no wait time. Heard that's not always the case though so you may need to be prepared to wait.
